General Play Session – Terms and Conditions

Ticket and Entry Terms & Conditions
All customers purchasing a ticket to play at Junglemazeia are subject to accepting of the following Terms and Conditions. Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully prior to purchasing any tickets.

Supervision of Children
All parents/guardians accept full responsibility for the supervision of their child/children whilst at Junglemazeia. Staff (Play crew) at Junglemazeia are present to enhance the play experience of your child during a play session, however, they are not responsible for the supervision and behaviour of children.

Tickets, Transfers & Refunds
1.1 All children playing at Junglemazeia must purchase a ticket which entitles entry to the play areas.
1.2 The ticket price includes admission for one child’s entry to Junglemazeia for one 2/2.5 hour play session.
1.3 All children admitted to Junglemazeia must hold a valid ticket obtained via our website’s online booking system or on entry (if applicabe). Tickets cannot be purchased and will not be accepted by third party ticket providers.
1.4 The ticket price excludes food and beverage and access to private parties/events.
1.5 All customers with pre-booked tickets will receive email confirmation along with a booking reference which acts as proof of purchase. Please check you have received this email following purchase. Your booking reference is required upon arrival as proof of purchase to gain access to Junglemazeia. We take no responsibility should you not receive this email due to reasons outside of our control e.g. junk or spam filtering.
1.6 The person purchasing tickets accepts these Terms & Conditions on behalf of every visitor and is responsible for ensuring these Terms are communicated to and followed by visitors attending.
1.7 Customers with pre-booked tickets are given priority entry and we cannot guarantee entry for visitors without prior online booking.
1.8 Adults are required to purchase a adult ticket. An ‘adult’ is a parent or guardian over the age of 18 years entering with a child.
1.9 All tickets purchased online are non-refundable. Transfers for pre-booked tickets can be made with a minimum of 24 hrs prior to the start time of the original pre-booked play session. Our transfer policy applies in all circumstances. Bookings transferred within the minimum of our 24hr notification policy can transfer and re-book a play session within 6 months of the transfer date.
2.0 Ticket prices may change from time to time and our booking systems will be updated accordingly.
2.1 In circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel a Ticket. We will endeavour to notify you as soon as we become aware that this is necessary. A refund for the money paid will be issued to you within fourteen (14) days of cancellation.

Our Play Session Times & Closures
2.2 Junglemazeia's opening hours are 9.30am – 6.00pm, Tuesday-Friday and 9.30am-4.30pm Saturday and Sunday
2.3 Junglemazeia operates 3 play sessions per day each for a 2.5 hour period during the week and a 2 hour period on a weekend. The first play session starts at 9.30 - 12pm, the second at 12.30pm – 3.00pm  the third at 3.30pm – 6pm Tuesday to Friday, and 9.30-11.30am, 12pm-2pm and 2.30-4.30pm Saturday and Sunday.
2.4 You are asked to arrive at Junglemazeia no sooner 5 minutes before your play session starts. Visitors Children must wear socks and will not be permitted to play until their play session begins.
2.5 Customers who arrive after the start of their play session will be required to leave at the end of their play session as per their booking.
2.6 All visitors must leave Junglemazeia at the end of their play session
2.7 Following each play session Junglemazeia will close for 30 mins to allow staff to tidy, clean and reset role play areas for visitors in the next play session.
2.8 On rare occasions Junglemazeia opening hours may be subject to change without prior notice and every effort will be made by Junglemazeia to communicate this as widely as possible via social media, our website and newsletter.
2.9 Junglemazeia reserve the right to close all or part of the centre should there be a risk to the safety and security of visitors and staff.

Rules of entry
3.0 All children entering Junglemazeia must be accompanied by an adult, 18 years and older. All babies, pre-walkers, toddlers and children must be supervised by a parent/carer at all times. If you make a booking for a child Under 1 you may be asked for proof of age, if you cannot provide proof of age full price will apply and the difference will be charged.
3.1 Any child or adult causing wilful damage to the facilities, fixtures or fittings will be liable to pay for any damage caused.
3.2 Junglemazeia have the right to ask a person to leave should they evade our rules of entry and play.
3.3 Junglemazeia have the right to ask a person to leave should they pose a danger or threat to staff or customers. Fighting, bullying, abusive language or illegal activity of any kind will not be tolerated and will be asked to leave without refund.
3.4 To prevent the spread of infection children who are unwell, or who have been unwell, must not visit Junglemazeia for 48 hours. Your session can be transferred with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
3.5 If a child or adult becomes sick or infectious whilst at Junglemazeia they will politely be asked to leave.
3.6 Outside food and beverage cannot be consumed on Junglemazeia premises.
3.7 Food or drinks (hot or cold) are not permitted anywhere within Junglemazeia other than at the tables.
3.8 Junglemazeia is a smoke free facility and smoking is prohibited anywhere on our site, including the use of e-cigarettes.
3.9 No pets or animals are permitted except for assistance animals.

Parties – Terms and Conditions Terms & Conditions for Parties
These terms are valid for all party packages at Junglemazeia play centre. Please make sure your party guests are aware of any of these terms that may affect them, such as our house rules.

Payment Terms and Cancellation

Parties are not confirmed until payment of a non-refundable deposit is received. Deposits are taken by credit/debit card. We accept all major credit cards including American Express. The amount of the deposit varies with each package, whether or not this deposit is paid or in full. Minimum number for every party is 15 children. Also due to the current guidelines, the maximum children for standard and premium packages is also 15 due to capacity limits within the play centre. Exclusive hire has full capacity availabilty. Private Venue/Exclusive hire parties will require a 50% deposit. Through payment of this deposit you are deemed to have accepted our party Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right prior to this stage to decline any request by you for a Party. We do not take provisional bookings. Your balance must be settled strictly 2 weeks prior to the day of your party by cash (at the venue) or credit/debit card. A late payment fee of 25.00 will be incurred if balance not paid 2 weeks prior to the party or without this payment we will be unable to host your party. Once full payment is received this is fully non-refundable. Party and food prices are reviewed from time to time and may be subject to change without advance warning, even if you have already booked for the minimum number of guests.

Postponement & Cancellations
Parties at Junglemazeia are non-refundable once booked and the minimum number of guests paid for. A party can be postponed but not less than 2 weeks (14 days) before the date of the party and subject to availability of an alternative slot. We will try our best to accommodate you with a new suitable date. All postponements must be communicated in writing to info@junglemazeia.co.uk stating your surname and date of your party in the subject field. Junglemazeia will confirm receipt of this and contact you.

Your Party Guests
Junglemazeia will not refund the cost for any guests that are last minute cancellations or no-shows. Junglemazeia will not accept additional guests on the day of your party taking place if we are at full capacity, should they be unconfirmed and arrive. Due to government guidelines only one adult per child will be admitted during parties due to limited capacity (Unless exclusive hire) Socks must be worn at all times

Food Allergies and Special Needs
It is your responsibility to inform Junglemazeia of any food allergies or other important facts concerning all the children and adult guests attending your party. Please speak to our management team about the ingredients in your party meal at the time of your booking. A food allergies file containing the ingredients of all our food is available at the centre.

On the Day of your Party
Anyone display covid symptoms (high temperature, continuous cough or sudden change or loss of taste or smell)should not attend. All party guests will be checked in at Reception and temperature checked. Should any guests display a high temperature then entrance will be refused.  Should the guests have siblings or family that would like to stay at Junglemazeia during the party, then they are welcome to come in and pay our regular Admission fees but must be pre-booked online. There is no charge babies under 6 months. Siblings over 1.45m who wish to stay but cannot play will be charged at £1 (prebooked only as an adults online) but will not be allowed on the play frame. We ask you to please advise your guests of this. If you wish to pay admission for the siblings of your guests, please inform us. We ask that you please advise your guests that children who are not on the guest list do not get a seat at the party table, food and drink.

Time of your Party & Party Area
All parties last 2 hours and the time and date of your party is indicated on your Receipt or confirmation email. Should you arrive late we cannot guarantee that your party can be extended. We will allocate tables according to the number of guests you have booked for. Exiting the party tables promptly will enable us to ensure that all parties start on time. Your help and co-operation are much appreciated.

Party Host
A Party Host will assist you during your party. Your Host is there to help ensure the party, play time and meal run smoothly – please ask if you have any additional needs. Please note that your Party Host is not an entertainer. For the Health & Safety of our Customers… No party poppers or sparklers are allowed on the premises. Junglemazeia will refuse to use any candles or sparklers that we deem unsafe for our premises. Your Party Host will discuss with you if necessary, prior to cake serving time. Junglemazeia Rules of Play will apply at all times and are posted within our Centres and on our website.
